摘 要:该实验将SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠(n=70)随机分为7组,每组10只,皮下注射D-半乳糖〔200mg/(kg·bw)〕建立衰老模型,同时给予不同剂量的慕萨莱思葡萄酒灌胃,6周后分别测定小鼠血清和肝脏、脑、心脏、肾脏组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。检测结果显示,慕萨莱思葡萄酒可以显著增加小鼠血清和肝脏、心脏、肾脏组织中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT的活性以及脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA含量。结果表明慕萨莱思葡萄酒具有良好的体内抗氧化作用。

Antioxidant Effects of Musalles Wine on D-galactose Induced Aging Mice

Abstract:In this experiment,Kunming male mice (SPF)(n=70) were randomly divided into 7 groups,with 10 in each group,hypodermic injection of D-galactose [200 mg/(kg·bw)] was used to establish an aging model, and different doses of Musalles wine were orally administered. After 6 weeks, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),catalase (CAT) activity,and malondialdehyde (MDA)content in mouse serum,liver,brain,heart,and kidney tissues were tested. The results showed that Musalles wine could significantly increase the activities of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in the serum,liver,heart and kidney tissues,as well as the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the brain tissues of mice,and decrease the MDA content. This experiment shows Musalles wine has good in vivo antioxidant effect.
